Self-taught in photography,
McCormick and Todd have a combined sixty years of photographic experience, including
commercial work, photojournalism, teaching, and digital image enhancement. Their active
collaboration began a
few years ago when they learned of each other's fascination with the scenic essence of
Pennsylvania's northern tier. By concentrating on this region, they have created an
extensive collection of landscapes, wildlife, and the simply appealing. Their efforts
successfully bridge the gap between fine art and photography using strong graphic design,
a sophisticated sense of color
and light, and a naturalist's reason to roam the BACKCOUNTRY.
The original photographs sampled on these pages are of the highest quality. All are from 35mm and 120mm transparencies that have been scanned for display on the web. Keep in mind, not all of their extensive collection is shown here.
